‘TUAL BAHÇEKENT’ is the 4th phase of the Hoşdere Master Plan and this phase includes a private hospital, dormitory, private and state schools and commercial blocks beside high and low density residential parcels. With the completion of this phase the neighbourhoods around 120.000 m2 ‘Hayat Park’ will be all done.
The density of the project is well distributed to low, mid and high density residential blocks, they are either facing towards ‘Hayat Park’ or private courtyards. The facilities are neighbour to the park as well.
